Shipping within Australia
All orders over $75 within Australia will qualify for FREE Australia-wide shipping.
All orders under $75 are shipped at a flat rate of $10.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes! We want to spread the word and make it easier for everyone to reduce their waste. For international orders, the rates may vary and will be dependant on the country of destination and tracked accordingly.
All orders over $200 will qualify for FREE international shipping
All orders under $200 are shipped at a flat rate of $20.

How do you ship your products?
Envirowares has a strict eco-conscious packaging and shipping policy. We post everything 100% plastic free, in an up-cycled, recycled, recyclable or 100% compostable packaging. All of our packing materials are 100% recyclable and compostable. We would love it if you also reuse, recycle or compost your packaging after you receive it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. Products will arrive in 4-14 business days depending on the shipping provider. You will receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your order.
During peak times such as Christmas and public holidays please allow extra time for your delivery.
Can I track my order?
You can track your delivery status at the Australia Post website.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
What is your return policy?
We make all effort to make sure our products are carefully chosen and packed so that your receive your items damage free. If you have any issues with your product, please email us at hello@envirowares.com.au and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
